Sorry for a not very informative title. The plugin after using the hotfix and fixing the language file, still wont work.

My plugin list: WorldEdit, Easy_Plant, Essentials, EssentialsProtect, HorseMount, EssentialsChat, EssentialsAntiBuild, PermissionsEx, HarryPotterSpells, Modifyworld, TutorialSpawn, Vault, EssentialsSpawn, WorldGuard, Houses, ChestCommands

@jacklin213 This is with the files generated, although I dont think I am using the hotfix atm. I did use the hotfix to generate it. and then played around to see if it work on the non hotfix as it still would not work on hotfix.
