I am having an error, I start the server, the plugin sends this error code, I've tried everything I could think of and still can't fix it.

The server is running 1.8 Spigot(Bungee), I tried the second newest version as well as the newest version and still no luck. The only plugins installed are [17:18:22 INFO]: Plugins (2): Better_Proxy_Join, HarryPotterSpells.

Any help would be appreciated.

How to approach fixing this:

• Redo how the properties files are copied into the users directory
• Further planning needed

Update:

• Weird error confirmed on ubuntu, maybe all linux systems effected?
• Unknown status for mac computers
• Plugin will work find on window computers

Current fix for this situation:
Download hps.rar, extract the locale folder directly into your HarryPotterSpells folder, and the plugin should work fine.
