I suggest a way to make the wingardium leviosa spell better. Instead of letting the caster fly, you should make it levitate items for a short period of time. This would provide a better Harry Potter experience and since the Accio charm pulls items toward you, (and that i could make this spell in vanilla using commands) I can't imagine it would be that hard.
