• List of plugins. too many lol but all work around the plugin and have been doing so for years

Describe the bug

• Bubblehead charm spell doesn't work
• Stupefy particles fires fireworks straight in the air and will spam the chat saying in red "[WARN] [HPS] An error occurred whilst generating a Firework Effect!"
• Wingardium Leviosa will not allow anyone to fly - Could replace it with the effect of levitation for about 15sec and allow players to land with feather falling

To Reproduce

• Bubble head charm - doesn't work.
• Stufefy - Just cast and the console will warn you
• Wing _Gard - Cast in GM 0 and you will not be able to fly, if you manage it then players can stay flying, once landed you wont be able to fly until you log off or have game mode change.
