Plugin interferes really bad with Citizens plugin

After enabling it Hawkeye breaks bridge between Citizens and iConomy.

Have you got any console errors? I don't see how it could possibly interfere.

Closing this unless something else is brought forward. HawkEye doesn't even touch Citizens or iConomy.
