Commands not working but it is showing up in the /pl green tough I have downloaded the latest builds from essentials and yours. I have this popping up in my console too: ‎1‎:‎25‎:‎15‎ ‎PM CONSOLE: WARN]: [HyperConomy] Task #279 for HyperConomy v0.975.7 generated an exception

There should be an error at startup for commands to be broken. Can you check if that's the case? I don't think the error in your log is the issue, though I'd like to fix that one as well.

For anyone still dealing with this issue, it's a bug in Essentials economy/Vault. You'll need to switch economy plugins.
