Migrating from SQLite to MySql.

HC Ver - .975.2 or .975 (I've tried both)
Spigot - 1518 MC 1.7.9
What steps are needed to migrate to new MySQL db?? Other plugins are connecting to MySQL but not HC. Using the same login credentials for HC as other plugins. When I try to import the csv files -
