I've been having this issue on my server for a while but can't find anything else about it.
Server is running the most recent download of ImageToMap off of SpigotMC and the Server is on 1.16.4

Whenever someone places an Map in an item frame the only person who can see the image is the player who placed it.

This will be fixed by the #137 PR
