Configuration Comments Disappearing

Description of the problem: YML Comments disappear from Configuration File on generation.

How to replicate: Launch an instance of IP-Check on a clean server, look at config.yml.

Checklist:

• I made sure there aren't duplicates of this report (Use Search)
• I made sure I am using an up-to-date version of IP-Check.
• I Made sure the bug/error is not caused by any other plugin.

I would like to have this addressed, ideally, in 2.0.8, but realistically by 2.1.0. Prior research indicates that to accomplish this requires writing a custom configuration generator (look at Essentials.)

If you need to look at some code to get an idea the try scrolling through the uSkyblock repo. I have no clue were in the code but you got more experiance that way
