IP-Check ban msg is displayed when EssentialsX tempban is used

Description of the problem:
On my server we often use EssentialX tempban for certain infractions. This allows the banned player to see a msg telling them why they are banned and the tempban duration. With IP-Check installed everyone sees IP-C's configured ban msg instead of the correct msg from EssentialsX. I really need players to be able to see why they are banned and especially for how long.
How to replicate:
Tempban an account with EssentialsX then attempt to join with that account.
