Unfortunately not, looks like the plugin is dead. :(

Sorry, I don't plan to do the update myself. It has been a long time since I did anything Minecraft related, and I have other priorities now. I am happy to accept pull requests if someone wants to do it. I am also happy to hand over ownership of the project if anyone is interested in taking it on.

Hope someone will continue this awesome plugin! My players have been loving it for years.

@harrier77 Unfortunately I doubt that there's an updated version of IslandCraft for 1.13/1.14.
Please let me know when you find one. :)
