Can't execute command from chest commands plugin 's setting

I use chest commands plugin , and setup menu which can open by execute command like "menu"!
So I setup item join plugin , and setup item when left-click will execute command "player:menu".
But When I hold this item , and left-click . It will show "Unknow command.Type "help" for help."
