Describe The Bug

I updated from server 1.21.1 to 1.21.3. I was waiting for version 1.21.4 to be released but it is still experimental. When updating it, for some reason the sound commands are not executed when performing said action.

Expected Behavior

I was hoping that when I updated I wouldn't have any compatibility issues, the inventory items work, and the configuration is all good, but the sounds don't play, which is strange and I don't know the reason why it doesn't work.
