I'm running Spigot 1.16.4 STABLE.

I've been using the 3.12.4 version for a while since it seems to work fine on Spigot but throws an error making it unusable in Paper, since Paper disables the plugin.
So I decided to updated the 4.0 Snapshot of LampControl and the error went away. But I noticed that right click toggle only works if your hand is empty. It used to work with any item in hand in 3.12.4, which was very convenient since I usually play in creative mode so my pockets are full. I usually use the sword or wooden axe in hand to toggle and those usually worked just fine in 3.12.4 but not in 4.0

Would it be possible to re-enable the toggle when there is an item in hand? I tried using the default flint and steel and that doesn't work either when trying to toggle. I've tried resetting the config and it hasn't helped either. I've also made sure that the permissions have been enabled for those functions.
