There seems to be an issue with LiftSigns not allowing users with the permission when it is either in a spawn protected area, or maybe it's something to do with 1.9.2. I don't have any log output to show, however I was hoping that this could be updated to be allowed to be used by players with the permission to use the signs, regardless of spawn protection or other protections that might otherwise hinder it's use.

We're using it in the lobbies on our server network to allow users to teleport to a platform to glide off of with Elytra. It's difficult to allow this when the signs don't work right except for ops. :S
