How will Localshops handle these items?

I suggest, like the old weapons but it will accept only 2% or lower damaged stuff. <- or maby there is a way for the shop keeper to change it.. And then the shop provides with exact copy of the item. IE 10% damage sold with 10% damage.

we wont be storing enchant data do begin with. it's just too much data to handle and LS doesn't have a solid maintainer at the moment.
