ok, I still have it stalling. I updated to the new version v0.8.7 - restarted server. went into game and right -clicked my 2 lottery signs. they started but the times added 19 - 20 hrours to the signs. . I saved the lotteries, then teleported out 20k blocks to an island I have, then teleported back. the signs were stopped again. I then looked at the saved lotteries file and noticed the reset time was a crazy amount of time. here is a copy of it
