First of all, I'm opped on the server. I saw in another ticket that ops should have access to all commands.

Second, I belong to a group that has (*) permissions.

Third, I specifically added lottery.admin.* to that group.

I still don't have access to any of the admin commands, such as /l guic, /lottery guic, /l reload, etc. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I'm using GroupManager.

EDIT: Noticed I had to use '/l guic' in console. Tried it and got this error: http://pastebin.com/w24sqiLW
Could it be because the server isn't locally hosted? The issue that I can't use any in-game admin commands still applies.
