Lotto Glitch?

I've seen people buy 200 tickets and then they end up winning every single lotto even if other people bought 200 tickets too.
He won 3/3 lotterys when there were more than 3k-1k tickets, and he won it all on a row, on one day.
No, I don't believe its random. This is happening to me, too. I had a friend and I test this out and if we both buy even number of tickets he will always win. And we have tested nearly 100 times. There is no way that I would lose 100/100 times and he would win 100/100 times. He is aphabetically (username wise) before me - I think that has something to do with it.
