Hey dude :D , i really want to help you keep your old plugin EnchantShops updated, i PM'd you a while back about it and got no reply so im creating a ticket about it aswell, my username on dev.bukkit.org is TGMGamingzz1, please respond to my ticket or email me because its a brilliant plugin and all i want to do is keep it updated and listen to the community's requests :) normally i wouldn't do this but it hasn't been updated in 2 and a half years and i'd hate to see a decent plugin go to waste.
