Feature request

Feature description
When you have multiple partners and they are all online and one sends a gift it doesn't say who from. It'd be nice to know who sent it.
How the feature is useful
It's just a small quality of life change.

I have added a {Name} and {DisplayName} placeholder for the item sent and received messages.
I have also changed the default English language file to show the partners display name as a hover text. This change however will not be applied automatically to existing language files. You can either delete your English language file (if you have not changed something in it so far) and let the plugin create a new one or modify your language file yourself.
