The plugin should support WorldGuard regions and provide flags to disable features like gift, pvp, bonus xp/health, kiss/hug, teleport, ... on a per region basis.

When adding this, please keep in mind if a user is not in a worldguard flagged area they will be able to send a gift. If they then go into a worldguard area, and their partner denies the gift, by default I'd assume the item is refunded to them, and is now in their inventory in the blacklisted area.

This would still allow players to smuggle items into minigames etc.

I guess a way around this would be to disable confirmation, however the players that have confirmation on may need a work-around for this.

Maybe while the player is in some area where he cannot receive items, the other player should not be able to deny it.

I think rather than forcing players to accept or disabling confirmation, there could be a denied gifts inventory that the denied gifts go into when the sender is in an area where the flag is set
