With paper eventually sundowning waterfall and solely focusing on velocity. It would be great to have support for velocity.

How the feature is useful

For server owners who are having to switch to velocity, this will allow us to continue using this plugin.

I first have to port the PCGF PluginLib (issue) to support this, it will probably take quite a lot of time to get everything running.
