Unable to remove - Gender + Heart Prefix

Problem

I am unable to remove the prefixes listed anove

What I have tried

The prefixes are disabled in the config but still appear in chat.

Only appeared after updating.

Please provide the output of /marry version.

Are you sure you are using MarriageMaster? Because the plugin doesn't yet support genders.
