When I use "/marry home" and "/marry tp" commands on my server, I get the message "You don't have permission."
I am using BungeeCord on my server.

You will have to give your players the "marry.tp" and the "marry.home" permissions on your WaterFall server (probably also the "marry.chat" permission if you want cross server chat).
