All commands can be accessed in command blocks.

More like 2, uuid banning, how to do with the latest version, cause i tried and more importantly, you must disable maxbans commands from working in command blocks. If plain minecraft doesnt allow kick and ban by command block, so should this plugin.

If you're interested in UUID support, both the latest versions on Bukkit
(Maintained by FabioZumbi12) and the new MaxBans Plus version supports it.
