Update travis url in readme

I was going to submit a pull request but I didn't really think it was worth it. The travis link is outdated currently the link points to https://travis-ci.org/MC-Prison/Prison but it should be https://travis-ci.org/PrisonTeam/Prison. If you want me to I can submit a pull request.

Not a problem, it’s our fault for not updating the link to point at AppVeyor
