LTS Version

Preamble
Prison has come a long way since its inception. I started it under the mistaken sentiment that less plugins on a server meant performance would magically go up, so I created a combined mines and ranks management system - Prison! While the performance certainly didn't increase, I soon discovered the advantages of having a unified platform for the gamemode itself. Each component could work together to provide a seamless experience for users and administrators alike.
Prison has met this goal. With Prison 3, we've built a user-friendly and expandable platform with a lot of room for growth by boths us developers and the community alike. But then... us developers got busy. With school ramping up, and the interests of our team diverging, we went from three developers, to two developers, to one poor developer (sorry @DylanFPS) trying to keep everything together while I was busy with school.
Prison in the Future
I think it's time that Prison's developers stop taking a direct, active role in the development of this plugin. The plugin has gotten to the point that it can be considered stable, except that we have occasional breakages (such as that recent ranks bug).
The solution we've come up with is to produce a Long Term Support (LTS) version that will implement any important features and refinements that have been left out while patching up all of those nasty bugs that have crept up on us since the release. That way, we can keep the project alive while also focusing on our lives away from Prison.
The purpose of this issue is to figure out exactly what we need to include in this LTS version, and to create a community dialogue on what needs to be present in the upcoming release. We also have to name the release, because "The LTS Update" isn't really tickling my fancy.
