Pretty straight forward... I have farms and stuff in my town(s) that I really need an easy way of turning into a plot and adding all town members, and have it be dynamic. In other words, when I add new players to the town, it would be nice if they automatically have access to town-public plots.

No members outside the town should have access, though, obviously. Although, in some special cases, I can see how this would be useful. Maybe a configurable setting for the plot as well?

Yeah, this technically duplicates #8. When that's finished, you'll be able to add all members of a town to a plot/territory as a group.
