I changed my new town's join method to Economy, and two people bought plots. That went swell. They can edit their plots. However, they did not become part of the town. I found this out because one of them couldn't "/town active BlackmillHeights" and set the active town.

I have rectified the problem by switching back to invitation join method, but this should be fixed. Thanks
