Hi im setting up mineload web interface but i get this error when i type in my minecraft server ip and my server is on

An error occured in the minecraft poll script. Your host may not support sockets in php, or your server is down. A firewall could also be the culpret. ErrorStatus: timeout ErrorThrown: timeout

and my host supports sockets in php

oh ya does it mean by host like my website host or server host because im hosting the server on my pc and my host supports php sockets
