Problem
When a player enters a minigame in my Server, the contents of their backpack gets removed when though access to /bp is disabled in some worlds. I use Multiverse to use multiple worlds.
What I have tried
I have tried to reload the plugin and it does not seem to work.

Since you are dropping the backpack content on death that probably is the problem.
You should disable the plugin in your minigame worlds by using the WorldSettings config options. Or you could give your players the backpack.keepOnDeath
permission till AFTER they have respawned and left the minigame.
