Description
We updated from 1.20.4 to 1.21 and all items have broken name and lore
Steps to reproduce
- In 1.20.4, Put items with a custom name and lore, such as color coded, formats etc in your backpack
- Update to 1.21, and all items should have broken name and lore displayed
Expected behavior
Expect to have them converted fully so their NBT's are transferred to components without the name/lore breaking

This is a quite urgent bug. We are many who are left stranded with this bug and have no ways of fixing it.
I am ready to pay good money for a QUICK fix, so I can have my players access their items again.
We have a lot of players, so transferring items manually is not an option and we absolutely need this fix
Please consider this!
