And it downloads the Minepacks-2.4.31.7-Release.jar Jar, which is already present. Would be nice if that can be fixed, I`ll disable the updater for now.

Thanks for the report. It should be fixed now.
Looks like I entered the wrong version number on dev bukkit with the last update.
