/bp command not working anymore

No /backpack commands appear. Because of this I cannot run /backpack version but I am using the latest release (2.4.32.4)

Description
/backpack stopped working after updating to 1.21.7+
Steps to reproduce
Try typing any /backpack command and it doesn't appear.
Expected behavior
Any commands should work.
