Noticed this error in my console twice.

No I only have default minecraft mobs

I have no idea, I don't have a mob called lightning either.

Mhh.. actually is does not have to be a mob. May this is something hit by a Lightning... the debug information is generic. Its an entity which is alot more than mobs.

I have removed the message when the Entity is UNKNOWN, because this is not a mob. In V4.5.3.
