Doesn't work at all

Can't get this plugin to work at all. Is there something important I'm missing? It doesn't connect or show any signs of doing anything and gives me an internal error message whenever I try to use any command ingame.

As you see alot in the beginning of the text, it mentions vault alot. Are you sure you are running the latest version of Vault on your server? If not, thats your problem.
Make sure you have the latest on installed (1.2.8): http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/vault/
Ah, sorry, my bad. Didn't read the overview page thoroughly. Didn't even know what Vault was until you linked it just now. Thanks for the quick reply!
