When teleporting from another world it teleports them for one second and then just put them back where they were.

Then your problem should be fixed with Multiverse-Inventories 4.2.2. Please download it and let us know if that solves the problem.

Also note that 4.2.2 was accidently released as an alpha, but it is actually stable.

It's still happening. My players are stuck in the end.
