Server Version

This server is running Paper version git-Paper-101 (MC: 1.18.1) (Implementing API version 1.18.1-R0.1-SNAPSHOT) (Git: 464b171)
You are running the latest version
Previous version: git-Paper-99 (MC: 1.18.1)

Bug Description

Non-op players cannot use /mv tp despite having enforceaccess: 'false'. Not sure what to add there. I've tried using it on true, with luckperms to allow default access, yet it still refused to acknowledge the permissions. I don't think it's because I'm using it on an aternos server because all the other plugins work fine.
All the issues I've found about this are either not working or closed for being idle.

Steps to reproduce

1.Start a 1.18 aternos server with multiverse-core and multiverse-inventory
2.Create a world BuildWorld alias BW, creative only with separate inventory
3.Try to tp to BW without op
4.Add Luckperms and setup default perms to have access to any world
5.Switch enforceaccess to true
6.Retry step 3

Agreements

  • I have searched for and ensured there isn't already an open or resolved issue(s) regarding this.
  • I was able to reproduce my issue on a freshly setup and up-to-date server with the latest version of Multiverse plugins with no other plugins and with no kinds of other server or client mods.

I forgot to add: the only few other plugins I have are to skip the night with only one player sleeping, itemedit, skinrestorer, villagertradelimiter, silkyspawners and nottooexpensive.

enforceaccess does affect player ability to use mvtp command. The permissions needed is explained here: https://github.com/Multiverse/Multiverse-Core/wiki/Command-Reference#teleport-command
