Bug Description

I have created Hardcore worlds using Mv Hardcore, Everything works including Inventories being dropped and people being banned for the specified time.

But for some reason people do not lose their exp, but instead gain more exp.

I have done essentials.keep exp false in permissions.

If anyone knows a fix this would be greatly appreciated.

Steps to reproduce

As explained, if you die and get revived your XP doubles and isnt dropped on the ground.

Agreements

• I have searched for and ensured there isn't already an open or resolved issue(s) regarding this.
• I was able to reproduce my issue on a freshly setup and up-to-date server with the latest version of Multiverse plugins with no other plugins and with no kinds of other server or client mods.

I would like to add that you drop XP on death in the main spawn area, but doesnt work in any of the hardcore worlds
