Bug Description

Cant break any blocks. I dont have any protection installed

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a group.
2. Create a world and add it to the group.
3. Repeat steps 1 - 2 but different group
4. Go to the other world and try to break blocks.

Agreements

• I have searched for and ensured there isn't already an open or resolved issue(s) regarding this.
• I was able to reproduce my issue on a freshly setup and up-to-date server with the latest version of Multiverse plugins with no other plugins and with no kinds of other server or client mods.

Restarting the server fixed it...
