multiverse inventories is not working. When i installed it the plugin was disabled. I did /plugman enable, but still it didn't work

Plugman is, lets say, not ideal, restarting the server when changes are made is preferred. If MV Inventories is disabled, it sounds like something exceptional happened on startup. Can you provide us with a server.log logfile, including the startup of the server? Remember to obfuscate IP-addresses before uploading.
