Inventories being deleted

I have a 1.16.3 paper server with multiverse inventories version 4.2.0 which I believe is the latest.
When a player goes to the nether it deletes their inventory in the nether and when they go back in the over world it is also cleared. the over world and nether are in the same group. It does the same thing with the end.
