[Multiverse-NetherPortals] Could not load config.yml
I using minecraft 1.12.2 paper spigot (#build1533) server, found that changing wand item from ID number (271) to MATERIAL name (WOODEN_AXE) fixed the problem may I suggest making this the default for future builds :)

Disregard this had the wrong config folder open

My bad I was looking in the Multiverse Portals Folder
