players can't access portals to the nether. I made two multiverse portals with /mvpc and linked them. I can access them fine it just when other people come to try its tell them "you do not have access to go here". even when people try to access them it's not instantly teleported like it usually is with portals in multiverse you have to wait the normal amount of time for the portal to activate and then you get the: "you do not have access to go here" error

also in the log i get this error:

is this a permission problem? I have permissions 3.1.6 and i only want a selected amount of people to enter the nether with the portal
