End portals do not obey scaling factor

End portals do not seem to obey the scaling factor of worlds.
For instance, if I am at 1200,1200 in the surface world, and I enter an end portal to go to the end, and I have set the scaling factor of the end to 32, I still end up at 1200, 1200, rather than at 37,37.
There some updates here: http://multiverse.github.com/news/better-end-support.html But I really think there is an issue of ending up at weird locations randomly. I think it may be a bukkit issue, still.
Shouldn't be an issue anymore with http://ci.onarandombox.com/job/Multiverse-NetherPortals/680/
This is kinda a big deal, so I'm moving this to 2.2. It needs to get done before release.
I have no idea what the scaling_factor is for the end but I do know that taking an ender portal results in me spawning on an obsidian platform in the ender world at the same exact coords I left the overworld at.
@credomane End Portals can be used just like Nether Portals, ie you can link worlds A and B with Nether Portals, and A and C with End portals. Therefore, scaling should be behavied.
Honestly though, I'd like to polish this feature a bit more, and to not rush it, I'm bumping back to 2.3.
It should be noted in Multiverse/Multiverse-Core#375 that this feature got bumped, and the other got resolved. So if another dev wants to do a release this weekend, you have my approval.
