NetherPortals created above bedrock NetherPortals

Placing a relatively high netherportal in the overworld will spawn a netherportal above the bedrock in the nether.

Bukkit closed it as a duplicate of https://bukkit.atlassian.net/browse/BUKKIT-976
Re-opening Multiverse/Multiverse-Core#543 in the right section :'D
I can't reproduce this with the vanilla Minecraft server (by building a portal at y=240 or higher and seeing where it takes me in the Nether). However, I can reproduce it with the CraftBukkit 1.2.3 R0.1 beta and no plugins. It looks like this is a Bukkit bug, not a Minecraft or Multiverse one.
Just to be sure, can you try the same test -- with all of the Multiverse plugins removed -- and see what happens?
Ah good call (and good test) if it should be a bukkit fix, I'd rather fix it there.
I think this is the first time I've done this but... Reopening. I want support for this. Lets say you have a nether generator with a 256 height nether! Suh-weet!
Looks like a Bukkit bug; just replicated this problem on Bukkit build #2037 with no plugins loaded. Gonna go find Bukkit's bugtracker! :P
