Nether portal instead teleports to The End

We've had an issue with a nether portal intermittently teleporting to The End instead The Nether. I highly suspect this is a Bukkit issue and not a Multiverse-NetherPortals bug, but I am submitting it as a Multiverse-NetherPortals bug as I cannot track down the source.

This issue only manifests after an op has executed /reload, after which it will happen until the server is restarted. Strangely enough, some portals are not affected, but some are. Each time the bug is triggered, the same portal is affected.

Notice that between the checks to see if they should be shot out and the check for the actual teleport, the destination world changed. This is why I believe this is actually a Bukkit issue.

Possibly related, but I've also tried removing permissions for users to access The End in an attempt to solve this, but I've also noticed that /reload seems to cause these permissions checks to succeed instead of fail. With this workaround, though, Multiverse still reports that it's checking their permission to teleport (the above log doesn't reflect this issue).
