Broken NP TPs to The End

If a player disabled a nether portal using water or fire and causes some of the nether portal to remain one of two things occurs:

  1. If they have permission to access the end world, the NP will TP them to the end.
  2. If they do not have permission to access the end world, the NP will TP them to the first open spot above the portal.

There are no errors in the log or any other info for that matter.

I was unable to reproduce this. Any time that I did something that destroy only part of the portal, the rest of the portal would be destroyed along with it. I think this may have been a bug in Minecraft/CraftBukkit and has since been fixed.
