Is it possible that if a player enters the nether to go back to that same portal when he exits?

Nether portals, the build in portals of MC are always linked in scale.
You could, however, use Multiverse-Portals to make a custom portal and set its destination anywhere you want.

This is why we have Multiverse-Portals. What you're asking would require all sorts of new data to be stored for a plugin that is suppoes to be very simple and lightweight. I don't think we'll ever implement this feature sorry.
